hey guys...I know excercising can make me loose weight and eating rite too...but I still don't see any changes...I used to be like 105 and then over the summer...since we live out in the country and there is no type of excercise to do but run...I gained like 30 pounds cuz 3 or 4 mounths ago I was 144...I am so ashamed...because at my school all the girls are skinny and rich and all the guys like them...I don't think I'm ugly in my facial features...but I do think I'm fat...and I HATE it...I want to look like all the other girls at my school...I just don't know what else to do...I think I have lost some wait by running and doing crunches...but I would like to loose more...I would like to look skinner...I just want to feel confident about myself...Im tired of looking the way I do...if anyone has ANY thing that can help me...please reply

hey- i live out in the country too and i LOVE IT ( i live on a farm) but i'm also overweight too- i found it easier to be more confident running up and down the driveway b/c i have more energy- summer is coming and I HAVE GOT TO LOOSE WEIGHT!! just last year i couldn't do ONE pushup but now i do 100 a day!! stop thinking about being over weight! it will put u into depression! just exersize! GIT R DUN!
