heres some info i read: u need to cut ur calorie intake by 3,500 to lose one pound .. so i u want to lose ten pounds in one month 5 x 3,500= 17,500 cal. u need to cut back on. Then Divide 17,500/ 30 days in the month = 583 calories a day u should be eatting in order to lose that much weight.. it is physically impossible to lose 30 pounds in 1 months it didnt take u one month to gaint he weight it wont take u 1 month to lose it so if anyone says to u Oh i losted 30 lbs this month from doing this tel them to take a hike. the excersise will do them good. hope this little information helps out everyone

You can't eat 3,500 calories less a day and still be healthy unless you eat about 5,000 normally which I'm sure most of you don't... *Ray*Ray*
