I just got a treadmill cause i wanna lose weight. Im also gonna lower my calories to 900 a day. I have exactly three weeks till i see my cusion and I want to look really nice. I weigh 140 and wanna lose around 18 pounds. Should I run on my treadmill everyday or everyother? which would make me lose weight faster?
Reply from amy, Age 14 - 03/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx hey- ummm yea 900 cals is REALLY LOW-!! last year i tried the starvation diet and i tried only eating 500 cals a day and all i did was gain double back!! i just got a tredmill too and let me give u another peice of advice-DONT' WALK ON IT BAREFOOT!!! lol- walk on it 20 min everyday- it works!! i'm with yea !

U HAVE TO EAT BETWEEN 1200 + 1500 cals a day to lose weight the healthy way. If u do eat 900 cals a day, u will lose weight but there is a huge chance that u will probably gain it all back in a short period of time.
