Hey, I know what it's like to be over weight and I now have a younger sister who is now trying to loose that extra weight. All I want to say is you can do and don't let anyone put you down. My parents can be quite cruel to my sister and I wish they would support her more. Thats why I think this web site is so great, you guys get to help out each other and support one another.
