hey whats up? well you see i have this little problem...well its not little its sorta huge well thet're sorta huge...im talkin about my thighs can sum one plz help! i need sum excersixes...i kno the usual..biking swimming skiing (i live in florida thats not an option) but please sum one give me sum excersizes so that i can tone my inner and outter thighs PLEASE REPLY thnx lol candi<3

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 02/23/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx get some ankle weights and lay your back on the ground with both of your legs together and up at a 90 degree angle with the floor. lower your legs at the same time to the side(both going to floor- opposite of each other- like a stradle or side plit sort of thing). do this slowly, with control and bring them up slowly. do this and it'll really work your inner thighs. other then that- you need to do cardio to burn off the fat...
Reply from kels, Age 16 - 02/22/05 - IP#: 63.77.244.xxx ok, eddies on the right track, thighs werent exactly meant to be FAT, but they are bigger, and you cant just lose weight from your thighs, there is NO way to target fat loss, but you can tone them up, so they dont jiggle (mine jiggle, do yours jiggle) anyhow, like i said before you cant make your thighs smaller in proportion to the rest of your body because u CANT target fat loss, but do squats. legs lifts, and run up and down the stairs to tone them
