Hey! Im 16 and have tired everything to lose weight.. I really want to lose inches on my stomach, thighs, and legs.. Nothing seems to work.. I tried drinking water but i did lose alittle weight but i think im gaining it back. I need some ideas bc i don't want to try any weight loss pills. Ive done everything even exercise. Can u help me?

you say you tried everything but when you listed all of those things did you mean you tried it all at once of one at a time? if you tried it one at a time try it all together also if your not getting results by seeing muscles then try doing some cardio because that burns fat which is most likely what is covering up your muscles. hope this helps

eat less calories- eat less junk and more nutritional foods. keep drinking a good amount of water and exersize~!
