Reply from anne, Age 18 - 02/24/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx also- water makes your body more effiecient- it doesn't bring the fat out of you. be careful how you word things- people might think it's literal. water helps flush out toxins that prevent weight loss and helps keep your ener gy up by keeping you hydrated and keeps you regualr. it doesn't just push out fat.lol...but you are right in one respect- water is very good for weight loss, but for different reasons...
