hey guys, i think i had around 1000-1200 cals today. i had a few glasses of water not alot thoug. 500 crunches and had volleyball practice. i really want that bikini before spring break... 8 more pounds to my goal!

if you really want to get faster results increase how strenous the work out is for example instead of crunches situps and when situps are no problem put weights on your stomach i hope this helps also do some cardio : running,walking,swimming, or biking there are lots of different things you can do
