i keep trying to lose weight..but no matter what i do i only lose like 1-2 pounds per week...antbody have any suggestions?

Rapid weight loss almost always goes hand in hand with weight gain. The only way to have sustained loss is to lose at a slow and healthy pace of 1-2 pounds per week. Keep on going!
