i've been eating a lot of plums and grapes lately, and i havn't been counting them for my calories... but then i looked them up and a plum is about 30 calories. and there are 3 calories in every grape!! i know it doesn't seem like a lot, but when you have TONS of them everyday...now im worried.

You can usually get away with eating a lot of celery and maybe carrots, but fruits are full of sugar and sugar is calories. That doesn't mean you shouldn't eat any, but when you are craving something to crunch, you should turn to vegetables instead.
