Hey everyone!! My name is Jenn and I'm new to this website! Anyways I would really like to loose weight. I'm starting the south beach diet today, and it seems pretty easy. I was reading about it and you can loose 10 pounds in the first week if you are really devoted to it! Anyways Does anybody know some good exercises I can do? At my cheerleading practice the other day I dislocated my knee so I can pretty much do any exercises, but I cant run =( Well please help me if you have any suggestions!! my email is cutensweet2322@yahoo.com Oh yea, I'm 17, 5'8 and I weight 225 pounds!
