hay i am replying to ur message about good exercises, my answer is simple....u have to exercise 20 minutes a day for it to be effective..you should go for a walk with a friend and bring some portable music it makes u hyper and the walk more n-joyable and dont forget too losee wieght u have to burn more calories then you eat
