A good way to loose weight is exersize at least once a day, I go to a all womens gym but if you can't afford it you could go for a walk down you're street or even go to a local walking park. Also try to stay away from fast food like Mcdonalds or Burgerking, they aren't very healthy. Good Luck!!!
