I feel really good today. I ate bad, so I made it up with exercise. Your never going to believe what I did. First I did an hour of powerflex, then an hour of kwando, then an hour of cycling. I was dripping with sweat when I was done, it felt great. Then I hung out with my cousins all day. So all and all, it was an awesome day!

thats good about your exersize! make sure you dont exersize until at least an hour after you eat or it mite not do anything bc you stomach expands right after you eat...but that might not be true! good job!!

thats sounds real good.most people jus sit around feelin sorry 4 themselves wen they mess up their diets,but wat they should really be doin is tryin to make up for wat they have done.well done.Amal
