wow it has been a long time since i have been here. i have been so busy!i have lost about 2 lbs *rolls eyes* hey does anyone know if fruit smoothies are good for you? i made some for breakfast (i have never made them before) and it tasted sooo good!it had canned peaches, frozen strawberries, apple juice, fat free cool whip, and a very little bit of vanilla ice cream...yummy! i think im going to make them for breakfas alot. well i have to go study for a chemistry test. i love yas bunches! tootles!~*~ jaime ~*~

substitute the ice cr eam for non-fat milk, and add a half a packet of artificial sweetener to sweeten it, or use vanilla extract, and you're set! It's a great breakfast.

Instead of the cool whip and ice cream, try some low fat vanilla or even fruit yogurt in it.
