hola heres wat i ate today can i have sum feed back....breakfast: nothing..and orange and a half or a whole wheat enslish muffin w/ milk snack: cheese its lunch: two slices of ham 2 of chesse i jello cup 3 triskets and a handful of grapes snack: celery and peanut butter and dinner 3 tacos w/ beef cheese tomatoes lettuce and sour cream thnx a bunch candi

i disagree with all of you, its ok to treat yourself once in a while. and anyway, its better than all the good "eating nothing all day" things you approve. you guys are never happy! when you say oh today i had an orange youll be like NOT ENUFF and if you say i had a bowl of cereal and turkey and cheese sandwich with an orange and a cookie, crackers for snack, and chicken with vegetables and mashed potatoes for dinner, youll say OMG YOU ATE A COOKIE DIE DIE DIE MASHED POTATOES = BAD DIE DIE DIE CHESSE IS UNHEALTHY DIE DIE DIE and honestly, thats a perfectly fine meal plan for the day

acually the Peanut butter is really healthy 4 u. it may have a lot of cals, but don't eat much of it. It has a lot of good nutrients that ur body needs. lol

everything sounded okish except for the tacos i mean it evened out the rest of your calories of the day but it sounded as if it was a little heavy for dinner*just my opinion others may have a different one...* anyways keep up the good work. im not sure if your excersizing if not its only thirty minutes a day....find something you like YOU CAN DO IT JUST DONT GIVE UP!!!

cheese is really fattning if you can stay away from it and peanut butter also has alot of calories... but besides that you did okay just rememmber to excorsize!!
