can any one give me a meal planner or any web sites, or any healthy breakfasts or lunches or snacks..i always post what i eat and they always get deleted it makes me mad i am on here to get help and if i need to eat more someone can tell me!!

For breakfast have cereal. With skim milk and a healthy choice of cereal. That takes care of some dairy and grains for the day. For lunch, try having a salad, but be careful with the toppings, and salad dressing. Have a fruit with it too. That takes care of fruits and some veggies. For dinner, if your restricted because what your mom makes, then just proportion it. Also, just drink water. Water is so good for you. I'm sure you hear it all the time but its true! Not only is it the best thing to do for a diet, but it makes your skin acne clear and glowing. You should also cut out sugar out of your diet. Sugar tastes great, but it can make you fat! Now for exercise. Try to get 30-60 minutes a day. Also, do weight lifting. It makes you toned and just looking healthier and boots your metabolism. Everynight, I go for a 30-60 minute walk. Even when its FREEZING out! Its actuily something nice to look forward too! I just go out and walk and I enjoy it! When it gets to be spring, I wake up early before school and go walking too! I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Well, if you follow this diet plan and just use your brain, you'll deffinitly loose weight. Also, I sugest that you dont weigh yourself every day. I used to have that problem, but it got me no where. It took me about 5 months to figure it out actuily. I've finally put away the scale and next tuesday is my weigh in! I just have about 10 more lbs to loose! Well, I hope this has helped and for anyone else that needs it!
