Hey i would like some feed back on what i ate today.. Breakfast: Turkey n cheese sandwhich.(turkey wheat break a little mayonaise and a slice of american cheese)Lunch:handfull of grapes,brocolli and grilled chicken meal thing(lean cuisine)...and for dinner: 3pickles 3 slices of turkey and a handful of grapes..also i have walked for 30 minutes so far and plan on walking 20 more atleast before bed... please reply and tell me how i did... a lot of sodium with those cold cuts and pickles- try having less [rocessed foods tomorrow like fruit and freah or frozen veggies
