Hey everybody, I have a question. ok... what do u do when u eat a lot for a meal like breakfast and then feel terrible for that? i knew what i was doing, EATING. I had a slim fast muffin bar and a banana. then about 2 hours later i had cheese nips, a nutrigrain bar, then a piece of toast. What do u guys do when u guys mess up like i did??? SHould I exercise more today or somethin like that??? PLZ REPLY!! HELP!! thankz -jenn

oh ya, i am starting the slim fast plan slower, i am eating the snack bars for breakfast and with my lunch

o, also, having a snack a few hrs later is a great idea, keeps the matabolism up, the nutrigrain bar was a good snack

it is better to eat more in the moring and less at night, because when people eat huge dinners, tand then go to bed 3 hrs later, they dont get a chance to burn off the HUGE number of cals they just ate. when i was on slim fast i ate a good healthy breakfast of eggs, toast, and milk, and fruit, then had shakes for lunch and supper instead because i dont need those cals right before i go to sleep, i need them in the morning when i havent had any for 8 - 12 hrs

hey! eating breakfast is very important because it starts your metabolism for the rest of the day. You ate a big breakfast but most of it was healthy food so it wasn't that bad. maybe u should just excersize and extra 30 minutes today. Also, eating a lite dinner will help! good luck! :)

exersize a reasonable amount and don't eat a lot more junk- eat healthy for the rest of the day. it's okay to have a big meal- just eat lightly for a little while to make up for it. try eating a lot of fruits and veggies...
