Hey guys, I think I'm doing well on my diet. My next weigh in is Wednesday morning! Is this a good days worth of food? Because I've not been hungry and I just seems like I'm not really loosing weight. Breakfast is skim milk with honey nut cherios. Lunch is a salad with a nice big orange. For snack I have some of those mini carrots. I'd say about 15-20 of them. For supper, (last night) I had home made turkey soup! I also go to the gym and lift and do the eliptical for about 1 and 1/2 hours. Do you think this is good choices for a diet? I also drink tons of water too. Mabye thats why I'm not hungry. Any advice also?? Thankyou very much!

try to eat a little more tomorrow but opther than that it sounds great- just don't eat this little everyday!

Whooaa, you've got a heavy exercise thing goin' on...you need more food than that. If you count calories, try 1700. If you're not exercising, try 1400-1500.
