I really wanna lose alot of weight,actually about 15 lbs by this summer,but I really wanna keep it off and continue to lose till I get to 120 lbs. I am 14, weigh 144,5'5".I just started today.We went to the grocery store today and got apples,pretzels,smoked turkey,strawberries and some other healthy stuff.I plan to run at least 4 x a week.Any suggestions or words of encouragement to help.I have read many of these posts and I think you all are doing so awesome,keep up the good work! :)

Good luck! Once all junk food is out of the house it is WAY easier to stay on track with your diet. I don't know if you'll be able to get all the way down to 120 but 130 is a very good goal, I hope you reach it!
