Well Im about 5'1 and I weight 150 pounds I play sports year round but I can NEVER stick to a diet I always get side tracked! Any advice?

Or set a goal..like in 1 month I want to lose 10 pounds or something like that, that you can shoot for. I know what you mean because I also am in sports yearround..not even exaggerating. I finish a sport one week and the next im in a different one, and right now I have 2 going!! good luck
