Hey, i can't go on any of the weight watchers,atkins,south beach diets or anything like that because there too hard for my mom to explain to me how to do them, does anyone know any plans on how to lose 10lbs? thats me goal so far just to lose that and i was hoping someoen could help me because i've never lost weight before and i dont know how, thankz guys!! xoxoX

well, try slim fast. its really easy. you just drink to shakes a day for 2 of your meals, have one low fat meal, and 3 or 4 healthy snacks like fruits, veggies, or a slim fast snack bar (only eat on snack bar a day)

If you don't know how to count calories, just eat healthful foods. Like, instead of eating your normal pizza or type of junk food, get something more healthy. Like, eat a bananna instead of cookies for a snack and eat a salad instead of pizza. Exercise like an hour or more a day and you should see your results in less than 2 months. GOOD LUCK! well i think the best thing to do is just eat healthy and exercise. Plan your meals out and do like a 1200-1450 calorie diet. good luck
