well i ususally eat salad for lunch with like chicken in it or whatever but we ran out of salad and my mom isnt going to the store till tomorrow so this is what i made, 1 cup of cubed cantaloup, pear cup, yougart (90) and cereal (60) all mixed together it might sounds gross but it is good, do i need more??? if so please tell me what else i could bring?

lunch is a part of the day where you can eat more then regular meals this is because you will burn most of those calories off during your daily activites so you might want to add some more carbs to that to give you some energy...
