I just started weight watchers today! I am 184.6 (5'7"). Do you guys think that it would be ok for me to be around 130-135. That is in the healthy weight range, but my mom says that that would be too small, but it isn't. Do you guys have ne suggestions or know anybody who is 5'7" and around 130-145, what size are they? I just wanna know! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!

im 5'8 1/2 and my goal weight is 130, i dont think your aming to low, but remember, dont just measure yourself by the scale. I've dropped sizes before w/o losin weight because i gained muscle as i lost fat

um...you might want to try more around 140- it would be a lot more realistic for your hieght and you'd probably look better too. at 130 you might look too thin- but i can't say because you might have a very small bone frame...

Hey that sounds like a perfect size. Not saying, "Don't lissen to your mom". But mothers tend to worry about kids getting too skinny! But dont get less then 130!
