Hey everyone! yesterday when i woke up i was 148. I treated my self today with a small slice of cheesecake and afterward i stilled weighed the same even with everything else i have had today. i am continuing to lift weights and eat right but if anyone has any tips plz share! *kp* (5.4, 13, 149lbs)

It is good that you are doing so well, but it sounds like you weigh yourself daily. Do you? It's usually not a good idea to be so attached to the scale. I know it's hard but people shouldn't weigh themselves more than twice a week, for your own mental health!
