hi my name is kayla and im 14 and i am 5'8" and i weigh 180 pounds....i desperstly want to lose weight..i dont gte made fun of but its still impotant to me to be at a healthy weight. when i get older i want to be able to go swimming on a beach in a nice bikini but with the way i am now...its not gonna happen...i tried not eating and exercise while not eating and it didnt work....so all who is trying it...stop its a waste of time...your body stores the fat and it just isnt worth the health risk...but anyway..does anyone have any ideas that doesnt involve diet pills and tons of exercise???? if so you can email me at beware_of_the_penguins123@hotmail.com THANKS A TON!!
Reply from kels, Age 16 - 03/03/05 - IP#: 63.77.244.xxx exercise is important, you cant lose weight w/o it. diet pills do not work, they are only a short term solution that creates long term problems. eat fruit and veggies, work out a few times a weeks, and cut junk food out, only have it as a treat. and dont stop eating all together
