Need help..OK is this alot of food to eat in a dayBreakfast- Orange(30) Yogurt (140) TOTAL-170Lunch-Carrots(40)Crakers(140) orange(30)yogurt(140)TOTAL-350SNACK-Crakers 240 TOTAL 240I havent had dinner yet...Im just not sure if this is too much?

I'd skip the crackers and have veggies or fruit instead (more fiber) and Id switch to fat free yogurt which has about 40 cals per serving you would save a lot of calories that way, and veggies and fruit are way better for u

no i dont think it is to much, even if you are on a 1200 calorie diet u can still have about 440 calories for dinner.
