i didnt do that great today, fat wise, but i think that the calories were okay. tell me....breakfast-light n fit smooth (70 cals) lunch-cracker stacker lunchable (kinda bad, i know) (340 cls) and a banana (like 140?) then for a snack i had some grapes and like a spoonful of crushed peanuts. then for dinner i had fish sticks ({greasy!) but i had 3 and it was like 250 cals. and i had corn. so i think it adds up to like 1200. i ran too. did i do okay?

no- it doesn't add up to 1200 cals. it's more likae around 1000

Hey! No you didnt do bad at all! You could of changed some of the food choices but the good thing is that you noticed it! And even if those fish sticks were greesy, you controlled yourself and only ate 3! So good job!
