is it okay to eat over 1200 calories like once a week, because today i ate like 1500 calories because of foods class...it was bad i am trying to estimate how much they were but i never know..

Reply from Camille, Age 17 - 03/03/05 - IP#: 70.80.118.xxx 1500 calories is not too much, don't worry. That is still in the normal range for someone who is on a diet. It is probably only bad to go all the way up to 2000 or something, but 1500 is fine.
