i need some help on what to eat for breakfast and lunch. for lunch i have about 1.5 cups of romain lettuce with a little boneless chicken and 2 T of fat free italian dressing and grapes or an apple or an orange. is that enough or do i need more..

wait nvrmind i saw u had chicken. i think its okay.. but make sure u get enough chicken!

u need more. i don't even count lettuce. its like 20 calories per serving and ur body will burn it off. try adding some type of meat!! good luck!
