how do u guys think i did today??? well, breakfast-slim fast optima bar=140 cals lunch-tuna sandwich, juice, slim fast bar=440 Snack-gold fish, few cheese nips=240 Dinner-chicken salad(made at home) with a little bit of italian dressing, tiny bit of mac and cheese(not enough to equal to 100 cals even) asperagus (yuMMY!!!!), 2 tiny onion rings(i know bad)and orange juice= equals to about 600. all together about 1520. i usually eat a little less than that because today was kinda a mixed up day. I am making up for that by doin my kickboxing video and my walk away the ounds videos. thankz guys- good LUCK!!!! ~jenn

i thing you need less junk snacks, also when you say things like a LITTLE bit of mac and cheese of two TINY onion rings, thats kinda like denial, and you really did have them. If you keep in you mind that those things were so small they didnt amount to anything, your gonna have a bunch of them, and while one isnt really bad, if you let yourself have ten of those "little" things, youve added an extra thousand cals to your day. hope i helped, good luck
