I'm trying to figure out something healthy to eat for dinner. Here's what I've had so far today: Breakfast- 3 slices of homemade challah bread(I know, bad, but it's so good) Lunch- A terriyaki chicken wrap that had lots of veggies, a bottle of apple juice and some milk. Snack- 4 Jelly Beans(again, I know, bad) Any suggestions on what I should have for dinner? Thnx.

They are saying that today's teens are more obese than in past years. My argument was that making an overweight teen get up and exercise in front of your not so overweight peers was degrading, socially dicouraging, and may make the problem at hand worse. My teacher told me my argument was not convincing. What are your thoughts about this? please write back at rae_rae3387@yahoo.com

Reply from To Stephanie From Machala, Age 18 - 03/03/05 - IP#: 67.1.49.xxx Challah bread is a Jewish bread, made from bread flour, honey and some other stuff. It's slightly sweet because of the honey, which is also what it tastes like. It's yummy. :)
