Hey, I need to know some REALLY SUPER GOOD lovehandle.oblique exercises! If anyone knows anything that will get rid of them, PLEASE tell me!! ;) Thanks!

Here is a really easy one I learned in gym class...
1. Turn on some music
2. Stand up straight, legs shoulder width apart
3. Bend at waist from right to left, making your hands go as far down as they can go on each side without overdoing it
4. Do it for a whole song and then switch: put your hands forward or behind you to work your front and your back area too

Side crunches work the best. It's like a regular crunch but you twist your legs to the side so your knee touches the ground. Check toneteen.com for more exercises.
