i weigh 17st nd im 5 ft 1 im seriously obese and at risk of death at the minute i need help i get constantly bullied and i have people picking on me 247 i have no friends and ive neva had a boyfriend my life is not worth living wot shud i du? plz plz plz help. (Note: 1 stone (st) = 14 pounds).
Reply from amy, Age 14 - 03/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx hey gurl u r letting ur weight get the best of u! it is depression that is gett'n the best of u! in 6th grade i weighed 185lbs and then i went on the atkins diet and lost 20lbs- then gained 10lbs back in 8th grade (now) my best advice is to go on weight watchers and walk for 30min everyday- in 6th grade i also couldn't do a pushup but i started doing gurl pushups to help build some muscle and now i do 100 a day! do jumping jacks too! and before u eat drink a big glass of water so u will be full and wont eat soo much- good luck - if u need a buddy- my e-mail address is AMYLEE91@aol.com

Seriously 8th grade i got up to 195 and i was like ahh i need to get back on track with my weight so i kind cut back on eating a little and only lost a few pounds and then quit so i was at like 187? for like up until November and i started doing Jazzercise with my mom at the begining of January and since January by just cutting back food, excerciseing 1 hours 3 days a week and walking ive gone from 187 to 173 in just like 2 months and ive lost 2 pant sizes my shape is showing. and im not obese anymore. im overweight. right now im 5'6" and 173lb. 28.2BMI and my goal is 160 and if i make it there i will be happy but then ill work harder youve just got to want to do something about it and act on it. i walked around telling people i tryed everything when really. i didnt. i didnt exercise i didnt eat right and then i wised up with i got to high school and my self esteem is great and im happy with myself.
