Hey guys! Hope yall are having a good weekend. Well, yesterday I was very proud of myself. I ate good all day and then I went out to eat. I was kinda nervous becuase it was lent so I couldnt order something very healthy like some meat and veggies, and I'm not a fan of fish at all. So I orderd pasta, (which was probally not the best choice), but I ate till I was content, which was about half and I left it at that! I usually finish the meals in a snap too! I was very proud of myself. If you guys have this problem too, when your done, sprinkle salt and pepper all over your food so you wont pick at it. Now I can enjoy going out to dinner! Oh yah, my weigh in is next Wed morning. If I don't think I'm ready then I'm going to go for NEXT wed.

Hey it DOES help with our problems. You know when you go out to eat and your stuffed but the foods so good and you want to keep on eating it? By putting salt and petter on it, you wont eat it anymore. Unless you like exessive salt and petter on your pasta! Yah it is a waste too but I wasent paying for it.

thats good but how about helping us with our problems? and if i sprinkile salt on it i will want it more and i can always eat it the next day that is waisting food
