i am sry to ask this again but i would like some more answers.. what are love handles.... and if ur not overweight but u have like fat around ur abdoman what does that mean...thank you and sry for botherin you..

i thought love handles were the fat on the sides you know the part that hangs over your pants if they dont fit right? because my stomach is close to flat and i have the fat that hangs over the pants a little on my sides.. if you can clear that up it would be great *is confused*

it just means that u've got fat around ur belly and that its not toned. i'd say just start doing some crunches and pilates and try to tone it.
