hey guzyz! i did ok today! i think...how many calories does this add up to..about...3 small pieces of coffee cake, 2 mini poppy seed muffins, 2 hotdogs, 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup, fruit cup....ne tips plz let me no! i had a bit of sweets today tho! i will get back on track! thanx guyz! *kp*(5.4, 149lbs)

hey its about 1300 calories but what you ate isnt healthy even if you are sticking to calorie counting you should eat fresh fruit instead of cup because it is in syrup which adds calories. try not to snack on things if you ahve them in the house. the soup was a good idea. soup fills you up and is healthy. Always eat breakfast too if you want to lose weight beause it gets your metablism started in the morning.and stop eating 2 to 3 hours before bed!
