i've tried dieting a million times and i'll do really good for two or three weeks then i lose it i dont get it i have like 8 hours of dance a week and im still fat i weigh 157 right now and im going to this dance camp this summer and i dont want to be the only fat ballerina there could someone please help me what can i do to lose weight im talking like thirty pounds please ideas?

well since you are a dancer, it is most likely that you have alot of muscle. To lose weight, just make sure that you exercise every day, and limit calories to about 1200. Also, dont eat junk food. good luck
