hey you guys i played tennis today i didnt realize how bad i was lol well i guess it needs some practice but i would really love some help on eating i have the hardest time eating healthy i love fruit but if there is a choice between something unhealthy and fruit i always pick the unhealthy thing. please help .... ~helen~
