Hey everybody. How are you? I think that instead of everyone going to this website should start going outside an excersise instead of sitting on your butt and trying to figure out more. The key to weight loss is to go and excersise and eat 3 healthy meals a day and it dosent take a genius to know that. I mean it's not hard. I made my goal and I am so happy. I used to weight 197 pounds, then all I dod was give up ALOT of my favorite foods like soda i gave up mcd's 2. Did u know that u can gain a pound just by it? Well I used to just sit on the computer and try to find out everything and then i said to myself i am just making it worse so i just did it 5 times a week for less than 30 minutes then i gave up all bad food, I also ate a lot of fish. Anyways i hate to write this long letter but it is exactly how I did it and dont let bad people tell you that ur fat ebcause they used to pick on me to. Now you will never guess how much i weight drum roll..... I weight 134 and all it took was a little bit more than 4 months. also if you have a bike that is good to. oh and dont eat anything fried. Weight loss is nothing that will do away in a snap. I am so proud of myself and i have gotten my 4th boyfriend this year at my school I gotta tell you it is great. But even if your big that shouldnt stop you from going and hanging out with your friends, or saying you cant wear a bikini because as fat as i was, I did and it felt so great so if you all really want to give up the sugar and mcd's and excersie 5 times a week for only 30 minutes and tell me if that dosent work. Reply from helen, Age 15 - 03/06/05 - IP#: 68.158.5.xxx hey marylin i lost a whole bunch of weight like a year ago i was 175 but it went down to 116 but over the summer i got grounded and really depressed so i gained 20 pounds which im trying to lose but it is so hard to get back into the dieting mode because it was like a lifestyle for me and then i started eating all the bad things again and now im trying to lose the weight again it is so depressing gaining it after you lost it but i have faith that you will keep it off if you have any tips please share...

OMG i really wanna lose weight. i have been losing weight, like 15lbs in 2 months but u lost soooo much. i exercise in my basement. i do the walk away the pounds videos, do think that is good??? on other days i do denise austin kickboxing tapes. I really wanna get my bike out but my dad won't because it is still winter, and he doesn't wanna take it out because of all of the sand on the road and all the crap. well anyways, thankz 4 the motivation!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really makes me feel so much better!!! btw: i weigh 200lbs 5'3 (almost 4 inches)lol i wanna get down to 145 4 now. when i get there, i will decide if i wanna lose more weight or not.
