heres what i have had to day (the morning was bad) breakfast: a bowl of cereal with skim milk then it went bad three small chocolate eggs you know the dove kind and then two pieces of bacon. lunch: some pretzels, salad and cheese im gonna eat some fruit after ive digested my lunch and dinner im not sure what im having yet any suggestions? if so please share.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and its important to eat healthy foods to help give you energy so you can function throughout the day. I use to always skip breakfast and that is how I put on the weight. Now I eat cereal with skimmed milk and fruit
(banana, orange or yogurt) You feel so much better when you eat healthy foods too. Salads are ok to eat if you don't pile on the cheese, bacon and the dressing. Believe it or not, some salads are more fattening than a Big Mac from McDonalds. Just try to eat half of what you normally eat now and squeeze in some fruits. Once you're addicted to fruits like I am now, the weight will come off. Also make time to excercise. I hate working out so I do things that I like. I bought a workout DVD called Cardio Salsa and do it about 3 times a week. From time to time I'll go walking at the park for 1-2 hours. In a nutshell, don't deprive yourself of the foods you like. BUt have them occasionally and small portions of it.

Well the dove chocolates arent good for you, but they taste so good so who cares. Eat veggies and chicken or something for dinner. And drink tons of water before you eat. Also, exercise tons today! So you wont have a bad day. The food you ate will turn to energy.
