Okay so how am i doing today so fa?....Breakfast, i didn't eay because i wasn't hungary, lunch i think i did bad , chicken nuggets and a slice of pizza, and well dinneri don't know what i'm haveing but it will problly be something light.what do ya think

Hello. I'd like you to know that eating breakfast helps jump-start your metabolism and gets more calories burned. Though it does make you hungrier later, eating breakfast is a healthier choice than not.

u HAVE TO EAT WAY MORE THAN THAT. that doesn't even equal up to 1000 cals. u have to eat 1200-1500 to lose weight the healthy way. u have to eat breakfast to speed up ur matabolism to have energy

For bfast you need to eat! fruit or something!! lunch go with yogurt or maybe a top romin dinner you have to eat meat and maybe a sald of more fruit!!
