hey everyone i have eaten better then what i have beenall week breakfast: cereal with skim milk then three little chocolate dove eggs(i know bad but really tempting) and then two slices of bacon grr lunch: some pretzels with salad and a slice of cheese. and then dinner wasnt to great we had chili con queso so fattening but i stopped when i wasnt hungry i think maybe later ill eat some fruit but other then that im done for today how does that sound i know i need to change a lot of it because there is so much fat in cheese and stuff like if there are any pointers you wish to share im all ears!!!

You did fine. Except, cut out the chocolate and bacon for breakfast. Cereal is good enough! Other then that, you did great. And its awesome that you stoped eating your dinner till you were satisfied.
