Hey guys! How did I do today? For breakfast I had a small organic bran muffin. For lunch I had some plain chicken strips. (2). For a snack I had some peanutes and sugar free jellow which is only 10 calories so I reccomend that! And for dinner I had a fist size of pork and a cup of baked beans. I played soccer for 1 hour and a half. And went to the gym for 1 hour and a half also. How did I do? Any sugestions? Thankyou!
