hi everyone im a new visitor to the sight and i saw that all of the people here lost weight or actually are losing weight .. im veryy veryyy heavy .. im like 245 and its unormal for me .. i really need to lose weight and i started my diet today i got to do better im gona excersise tomroow and everyday but if anyone has any suggestions or anything plz tell me on the board .. its very good to hear how all of u lost weight ! congrats ! what excersise and type of eating did u do and what type of foods did u eliminate ? thanks x0x and keep up the good work ! wish me luck .. its like see im goin on a diet cuz i need to lose weight for the summer and everything and im going on vacay so0 bye anD PS .. DONT LET ANYONE PUT U DOWN UR BEAUTIFUL DESPITE WUT ANYONE SAYS OR THINKS!!
Reply from amy, Age 14 - 03/23/05 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx hey- don't ever try a starvation diet!! all u will do is double gain it back- just make sure u eat a lot of fruits and veggies- and before u eat drink a glass of water so u won't eat so much- GOOD LUCK!!!
Reply from anne, Age 18 - 03/08/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx you can still eat sweets! i just try to find sweet alternative- such as- instead of eating cheese cake(400 cal!) i only eat 30 calories by mixing splenda and fat-free cream cheese which is del;icious- for 90 calories you can put it on a fat-free grahm cracker!
Reply from Hayley, Age 15 - 03/07/05 - IP#: 64.172.57.xxx DON'T ELIMINATE ANY FOOD! if you eliminate, then you'll just want it more. Work some treats into your diet, just keep them to a minimal. Do not tell yourself you just CAN'T have certain foods. As soon as you say that you're doomed to fail.
