Hey guys! I am so glad i found this website because I am desperate to lose weight. Kk... here' s pretty much my story. I've been fat all my life and I have no one to blame because everyone else in my family is so thin. I can only blame myself because I love food! I hate my body so much... I am 5'1 and weigh nearly 300 pounds and life pretty much sucks. Even things like sleeping are hard because it hurts to roll over! My mom got me a nutritionist a couple of years ago when i was 10 or 11 but i never followed the directions she gave me so my mom refuses to spend the money and get me one again. I try working out but i can't even do a sit-up or a crunch. Does anyone else here have similar stats and is in a similar situation which they can maybe possible help me? Post back please!

hey .. i saw ur post on the board, i get what ur saying too i been heavy all my life and i now way 245 pounds im gona get bigger i started my diet a couple of days ago and its really good look, i know its really hard for yoi but dont worry about anyone else but urself only think of u .. imagine how u will b in about a couple of months thin nice and keep goin till u reach your goal .. how much do u wanna lose ? i wana b like 135 - 140 soo i have ALOT to do but u too don't look to far right now focus on losing 2-5 pounds at first then 10 - 15 then 20-24 and it goes on and on but if u wana b serious you got to excersise daily and eat healthier then what u eating .. dont worry aboout what any1 else says .. look im in the same position and dont ever feel threatened by anyone .. its rediculous if people make fun of you and your probably a pretty girl .. start out easy you dont got to strt to the extreme and like do 400 crunches walk on a treadmill for 15-20 minutes a day and have 5 small meals but make sure dinner is ur main meal.! okay well i wish u lots of luck and post me a message sometime .. we cud talk thanks =) bye

i have similar stats but, i weigh 200 lbs. I know what u are sayin. I have been overweight 4 all of my life. BTW i am 5'3. emial me at dennisdubois@sbcglobal.net. (its my dad's) I have lost 15lbs so far. i used to weigh 215lbs. ALl, i did was eat healthier and exercise. Buy the walk away the pounds tapes. they are so fun and easy. there are 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, and the 4 mile walk. U do side steps and knee lifts with weights. its easy and fun, u should buy them. good luck. remember, email me if u like.!! ~jenn
