If you jump on the trampoline for 15 minutes a day and eat less and eat healthy would it make a diference in your weight? I want to go on like a non-major diet, but I want it to actually work. Please help me out!!! Thank you!

That would be great, expecially if you have a sterio and play music (if u like music!)You will want to stay on more!!!

Hey! Trampoline jumping is very good but it increase your heart beat very quickly. I suggest running helps, eating healthy is a good start too. Vegtables are good too. Just make sure you look at the back where the calories and fat is. Go with your insticts! <--I hope I didn't spell that wrong *blush*
