Hey people. I started a diet. I'm doing good on it and all I mean I lost 3 pounds last week, but I don't know what I should work out with. I mean i'm doing 50 crunches, 50 sit ups, and 20 push ups befoure bed and I do about 100 jumping jacks a day. Should I do more work outs?
