I AM SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY. sry for the caps!lol Well, i am totally happy because i weighed myself today, i and now i weigh 199!!!! yah!! i used to weigh 215. I AM IN THE 100'S. i really can't wait to lose 14 more pounds to get to 185. My long term goal is to get to 145 4 now. THen if i want to lose more, i will try. THANKZ 4 ALL OF UR ADVICE!!!!
